About the Practice
I am so happy you’re here. Life can sometimes feel like a cycle of self-doubt, avoidance, or feeling overwhelmed. Whether you’re navigating excessive worrying, or simply feeling stuck in old patterns, I am here to help you move forward with purpose and clarity.
I specialize in working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults who are ready to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. In our sessions, you’ll build greater self-awareness, explore new perspectives, and challenge the thoughts that keep you feeling stuck. You don’t have to remain in a cycle of self-criticism or isolation — together, we’ll work toward meaningful change.
My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and every treatment plan is personalized to meet the needs of each client. I also use Psycho-education to provide you with information as to why you feel the way you do, giving you a greater sense of control.

School Avoidance:
I specialize in supporting adolescents with school avoidance. I take a compassionate and comprehensive approach, recognizing that school refusal is often a symptom of something deeper. Through collaborative work, we’ll uncover the root causes while developing strategies to support school attendance and emotional wellbeing. I also offer parent coaching to guide families through this challenging time.
